Jose A was amazing! He went above and beyond to check out all the issues in my home, including giving me tips on how to maintain and care for my water heater when the original call was just a faucet replacement. He was very calm and patient and unlike other repair men he wasn't pushy when it came to invoicing. I will be calling him again whenever I need any help. Incredibly professional, on-time, and left a spotless work space.

Roger H. came to assist us with our plumbing issue. He is highly qualified and did such a great job. His attitude was also positive and professional. We learned a lot as well. Thank you again Roger and also to Shelley who assisted in setting up our appointment. Great company!

Roger was professional, very courteous, thorough and helped elevate our issue. Carmen in the office was also superb. She was pleasant, kind and explained the entire process so there weren’t any surprises. I would recommend All-American just for those two people. This is the shadiest business I have ever dealt with and would recommend finding a reputable company. They came out to my house over 5 times last year. Never fixed it. Talked with many people and an agreement was reached over payment since they had been out so many times. Now a year later trying to send me 4 bills for over $1,000. Said they could not get a hold of me even though my address has never changed. Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle. What a joke! P.S. After the shady patch work on my furnace I went with a reputable company that did an amazing job. The only had to come out once!

Sheila, the one who made the appointment for me was very accommodating and polite and explained what was expected prior to the service; Austin the one who provided the actual service was knowledgeable, personable and a professional. He wore shoe covers which was the best since most service companies forget this very important detail when entering a customer’s residence. Austin was polite, too like Sheila. The job was done quickly after explaining the cause of the problem and offered the best solution. Truly a Pro. I was delighted since it was my first time to hire their services and was content. Thank you for living up to what you advertise.

First of all I can't recall any appointment that went so smoothly . From the nice lady named Carmen who took my information and scheduled the appointment. I will say she was very personable and professional. I couldn't have asked for any better customer service. The technician Jose Alvarez was truly a kind person. Very professional and went out of his way to find the parts needed to do the repair work right away. He did the repairs and was very clean and neat. I am very happy with the both of them Jose & Carmen. Very thorough. All American Plumbing should be appreciative of these 2 employees. If I ever need a plumber I will be calling All American & if anyone asks me if I know of a Plummer I will surely recommend you guys. Thank you for all your help and work. Job well done. Our Water Heater went out and we had issues with other companies returning our calls for service. Got a hold of Shelly and she sent out Jose. Jose Alverez was prompt professional and courteous.
